Descriptions
The Diarium application is an application prepared to activate the digitalization of HCM's internal business processes and aims to improve employee self-service, for example the attendance process and daily activities. Submissions such as SPD, leave, information updates, etc.
Objectives
When I joined Diarium the application was already running, and I was in charge of implementing the design system because previously there was no designer. Apart from that I also iterated on existing features or created new features.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Help researchers conduct user interviews with users and then write down the results of the answers from the interviews.
Collaborate with the design team in defining problems experienced by users and then grouping them into several sections.
Collaborate with the design team to request validation of ideas found and then explain the ideas to developers for possible implementation.
Create low-fidelity and high-fidelity designs from ideas that have been found, and then validate them again with the relevant design team and developers.
Make a prototyping of a high fidelity design that has been made according to the user flow scenario created by the researcher for usability testing needs.
Carrying out regular updates to add components and improvements to the design system used.
Create icons and illustrations for products according to feature requirements, if necessary.

For the color system, I took it from the company logo which was discussed with the apilogy team after which it was generated for its derivatives. For typography, the font type is chosen according to the Legion design system. For the design system, I use the Legion design system according to the direction of the product owner.

High Fidelity
Login
Diarium users are PT Telkom Group employees. Users can log in using their employee number, so there is no need to register. For the first login or when the session expires, the user must verify the account.
Navigation Menu
Home
On the home page there is a new application menu and information about it. The history page will contain a list of application documents that the user has created. The notification page will contain notification of documents that have been submitted and on the profile page the user's identity data will be displayed which was filled in when they registered.
Activity
I created high-fidelity then made a prototype based on the usability testing scenario that had been created.
Timeline
This menu could be said to be special social media for Telkom employees. Users can create posts, view other people's posts, and comment on each other.
Notification
The notification menu will contain information about employee approvals, and there will also be birthday information for all Telkom Group employees and friendship information.
Profil
In the profile, there are many other menus. Users can see their identity data, provide feedback for the Diarium application, and others.
Presence
In the presence menu, users can check-in in the morning and check-out in the afternoon. When making a presence, the user must input his health condition and work location.
Submission
The submission menu contains forms that must be filled out by employees before submitting official or non-official agendas, such as official travel orders, leave, flexible working arrangements, and many more.
